UV Test Machine
We have installed “ Q Lab-USA ” Weather-o-meter with automatic irradiation control and country specific testing facilities to ensure the effectiveness of UV stabilizers used. Detailed component-wise testing is done starting from single thread to fabric strips to webbings.
FIBC Test RIG
We have In-house FIBC Test RIG designed in accordance with the ISO Standards to conduct load cycle tests on filled FIBCs to ensure the bags won’t tear, rip or deform under different loads in different environments.
Natural Weathering
“Emmbi has started worlds First In-house Natural-Weathering Test Site which is located in Silvassa, India. Emmbi Industries has taken a step further in the UV testing of its products.
We do following test at our site which are:
